This was coming, we knew that, but it still feels weird. Dwayne Bravo, our Champion, having hung up his boots, won't be playing in the third edition of the ILT20. 

His slower dipping yorker, which after 20 years of being first seen, still remains one of the biggest unsolved mysteries for batters, and it will officially now remain unsolved. His big sixes, with the bat coming down off that massive backlift, won't enthrall cricketing fans all over the world. And neither will his acrobatic flying saves by the boundary. 

They'll go down in history with a trademark stamp of a Champion. The Champion that was DJ Bravo. Happy retirement!
